The Position
In Strategy & Business Orchestration function, we orchestrate Volvo Group Connected Solutions plans and execution in alignment with Volvo Group strategies and customers' needs. To excel in this, we manage the overall relationship with our stakeholders, lead cross-functional coordination of business solutions and initiatives from early phases to release, and we keep together our product portfolio and plans.
We are now looking to welcome an additional Project Manager to our Project Management team. In this role, you are the interface and responsible for planning, reporting and following up one or several deliveries towards Volvo Group Truck Division GTT. You will make sure that we are aligned, working as one team and have plans together to succeed with Volvo Groups strategies for connected services to maximize value for Volvo Group.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
Drive project scope discussions internally and externally and prepare projects for VGCS One time process.
Facilitate and drive cross functional requirement dialogue
Manage and align expectations and plans
Manage budget
Carrier and communicator of progress, status and risks

Your profile
We believe that you are an excellent communicator, a fantastic listener with an exceptional ability to build relations. With an eye for structure and organizational skills, you make sure that we are aligned in our plans, working as one team. You find it easy to navigate your way in VGCS and probably already have a base network to build upon. In this recruitment we are looking for someone who might not already have extensive experience as Project Manager and would like to develop and excel in this profession.
Your previous experiences also speak for an interest in people, providing business value through change management and leadership skills, as well as an understanding of technology. Your spoken and written English is excellent.
Experience from software engineering and agile development (SAFe) as well as working with Jira & Confluence is considered an advantage.
