To make sure that we leverage fully on our product development we are now looking for a Project Manager to lead our market introduction projects.

As Project Manager Market Introductions you will:

• Lead cross-functional market introduction projects to secure sales readiness when new power solutions are introduced to the market
• Collaborate with people across the organisation including Product Management, Communication, Sales, Product Support and Training
• Work in close cooperation with product development projects to align market introduction activities
• Have great influence on the development of our market introduction processes
• Make contact, interact with and support Power Solutions colleagues across the globe in market introduction related matters

• Have documented project management and leadership experience
• Are able to manage short-term operational tasks without losing the long-term strategic perspective
• Create and maintain good structure
• Enjoy interacting and communicating with people from different cultures
• Show interest in technological development and the process of introducing it to a global market
• Cherish innovation and creativity
• Have a university degree in engineering or/and business administration
• Are well familiar with Microsoft Office
• Are fluent in English
