We are currently looking for a Project Leader to an exciting opportunity with our client. This is a 9-month consulting opportunity starting as soon as possible with good possibilities for extension.

About the role:

Assignment Description:
You will oversee the full Phase 1 implementation of Workday for The Client, ensuring the project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Phase 1 is targeted for completion by April 2025, with potential for continued involvement in Phase 2.

Responsibilities:
• Project Preparation and Planning: In collaboration with the project sponsor, ensure thorough project preparations and planning.
• Project Operations: Ensure project operations align with overall objectives and goals.
• Time Management: Clearly define the time plan, project milestones, and decision points.
• Project Leadership: Plan, lead, and monitor the overall project.
• Team Leadership: Lead and support the full project team and all project streams.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly report project status to the Steering Committee and internal/external stakeholders.
• Action Follow-Up: Drive, assign, and follow up on open questions/actions/items from steering committee meetings.
• Risk Management: Monitor and document all project deviations, risks, and issues, providing mitigation recommendations to the project team and steering committee.
• Decision Documentation: Manage, document, and communicate all decisions and deviations impacting the time plan, budget, and scope.
• Representation: Represent the project in various Client forums, such as Client Projects.
• Coordination: Coordinate and communicate with other projects or initiatives at The Client.
• Cutover and Go-Live: Lead all activities related to Cutover and Go-Live.

Requirements:
• Project Management Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in project management across various industries.
• HR System Implementation: Proven experience leading HR system implementations, specifically with Workday or SuccessFactors.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, focusing on stakeholder management and fostering strong client relationships.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Ability to effectively bridge communication between technical, HR, and business teams.
• HR Expertise: Extensive knowledge in HR, including process design and harmonization.

• Change Management: In-depth understanding of change management and successful execution of transformational projects.
