hela Sverige Do you want to play a key part as a Project Management Office Coordinator in a worldwide corporation with some of the world's top brands?
For an assignment at one of our customers, we are seeking a Project Management Office Coordinator with excellent people management skills. Our client is a foreign-owned company with operations worldwide. The company is a leader in its field and represents some of the world's strongest brands!
The workplace is in the south of Stockholm, and is easily accessible with public transport systems.
The mission will begin as soon as possible and is expected to run until end of March 2012 and the assignment may be extended further.
The company has just launched a new web-based Project Management Tool. Your task would be:
• Administration of the tool (making sure that the right people have access, ensuring that the tool is functioning, stable, etc?)
• Training of all users (while doing so you will be interacting with almost everyone in the company, across all levels of seniority)
• Generating reports and presentations and presenting at Leadership Team Meetings.
• Working closely with Finance, ensuring strong project financial management and budget control.
• Become an internal advisor on project portfolio management to senior directors and Leadership team members.
• Constantly looking to improve the tool, adding new features and preparing for a Phase II launch in early 2012.
Background and Qualifications:
• Senior Administrative, Controller or Finance background, ideally with some experience of project management
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good data analytical skills
• Experience in large enterprise environment, preferably an international company.

• Confident, excellent communication and people management skills at all levels (cross-cultural awareness and interpersonal sensitivity)
• Customer focused, and a positive and motivational team player
• Strong planning, coordinating and execution skills
• Fast learner, flexible and adaptive, attention to detail
• Ability to handle pressure
• Open minded towards both positive and constructive feedback
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of the Swedish language is not a must but seen as a merit
Overtime may occur occasionally. It might also involve some travel.
You will be employed with us at Avanzera and work on behalf of the customer. The mission is expected to be long and will continue until further notice. As a consultant with us you have a fixed monthly salary and paid holidays. The assignment will begin in as soon as possible.
