We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Engineering Manager to join our team and take charge of leading complex railway system projects. As a key player in our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration and execution of systems, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest technical standards.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage engineering projects related to systems, ensuring technical and operational excellence.
Oversee both hardware and software system integration, including system validation, testing, and deployment.
Manage project timelines, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Supervise and guide the engineering team, providing leadership and fostering a collaborative, results-driven work environment.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in railway signaling systems.
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving technical issues as they arise.
Qualifications
Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of both systems engineering and project leadership.
In-depth knowledge of railway systems, including signaling systems, hardware, and software integration.
Strong background in system validation, testing, and ensuring high-quality, operationally viable solutions.
Solid understanding of project timelines, resource management, and risk mitigation strategies.
Strong technical background with a focus on both hardware and software systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
