We are now looking for a Project Engineer, SMB & CS
The main responsibilities in this role are to manage projects within the Single Machine Business (SMB), Customer Service (CS) as well as handling claims for Plants & Projects (PP), SMB and larger CS orders. It also involves fulfilling orders for SMB in the Nordic region. The role reports to the Head of Sales & Quotations (SQ).
You will be responsible for fulfilling the projects in a professional manner - networking, organizing and driving the projects - regarding EHS, time, quality and cost.
Your main tasks
Project management of SMB orders & CS projects
Manage virtual project team (commercial, process, logistics, supply chain, etc.)
Be the main customer interface during projects.
Technical specification of machines and auxiliary equipment
Handling retrofits and secure professional reporting to customer
Order handling
Organizing actions with Back office, BU's and Customers, and distributing documentation
CAD-drawing for various small tasks (installation, building indication, construction drawings, etc.
Claim management for PP, SMB and larger CS claims
Technical sales support for Area Sales Managers
Your qualifications
We believe that you have a BSc in Mechanical Engineering or similar; you might be newly graduated or have up to 3 years of experience in a similar role. You are fluent in English as well as one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian), and if you speak German and/or Finnish, that will be a merit. If you have AutoCAD knowledge and/or experience from working in SAP that is also considered a merit.

Work location: Malmö, with the possibility to work from home from time to time.
Travel: willingness to travel from time to time, less than 20% overall, and a driver's license B is required
