This is a step to try to contribute to jobs for people who do not have the same social economic - and educational background that we have in Sweden.
We are seeking a self-sustaining project assistant
You will be a key figure in our operations with direct responsibility for our outreach activities in the Philippines. We have chosen to initially focus on the province of Cebu. You must be self driven to create contacts and building good relationships.
Your main duties will be
• Locate, document and present business opportunities.
• Support and provide direct advice to understand and manage the cultural differences between Sweden and the Philippines.
• Simpler assistant tasks as accounting work, appointments and coordination of meetings.
• Perform work in close dialogue with the directing manager and be well- tracked of costs according tacked budget.
Your profile
We expect you to have at least 20 years of life experience from the Philippines, an advantage if you come from Cebu. You have a primary education with some form of postsecondary education or equivalent.
You have experience primarily from service jobs in the Philippines, an advantage if it is from Cebu.
You should also have experience of living in Stockholm.
As a person, you have great interest in helping other people.
You are service and solution-oriented and you have the ability to plan your work.
You like to express yourself orally and can work with IT -based tools and systems. You are driven to deliver results.

16 000 kr / month

• This position is located in Stockholm. There can be some business travel.
• Speaking English, Bisaya and Tagalog is a requirement.
