We are looking for a Project Analyst to join Grid & Power Quality Solutions, a team within the Hitachi ABB Power Grids, where we are operating a global business out of our office in Västerås, Sweden. We are a small team working closely together but with a wide network in the organization. We are working in an international environment with a variety of topics with a clear strategy towards a pro-active quality culture. We are looking for a person with analytical skills and driving personality who is ready to take on a broad range of work and taking responsibility for selected areas within quality. You will take part of an exciting journey with interesting challenges along the way.
Your responsibilities
Analyse on monthly basis the project portfolio
Discuss any deviations with the Project teams and find improvement opportunities
Create portfolio report
Drive and support any improvement initiatives

Your background
You have technical background and you hold a university degree in engineering, economics or similar
You have knowledge of Microsoft Office and other IT-tools
On a personal level you are agile, persistent, precise and accurate, with high analytical skills
We highly value your personality and see that you have a positive and pro-active mindset and are a supportive team player with good communication skills
You observe the difference of the "must-have" and the "good to have"
English is a must, both written and spoken
