Related to training programmes, seminars, workshops and projects, coordinate and secure practical arrangements with other departments including visitor team, IT, maintenance department, internal services and external suppliers. . Take responsibility for tasks related to a particular training programme, such as process applications, update the learning management system, order, prepare and provide training material, training rooms and evening activities, secure technical equipment, provide a friendly and professional welcome to participants, arrange for training evaluations and invoicing. . Set requirements for web based administrative tools, including Learning management and evaluation systems and in-house communication systems. . Ensuring together with relevant business owner that training programmes, seminars and workshops meet the needs of the defined target group both in quality and quantity, and that they are coordinated with other know-how products. . Specify goals together with Program Manager for participation in training programmes and follow up. . Contribute within the team of IKEA Tillsammans to establish, improve and maintain the transfer of know-how within Training programmes, seminars and workshops.
Kvalificerade:
Very good knowledge of all activities (preparation, execution and follow up) that are needed to operate a know-how product (e.g. to run a training programme) . Knowledge about IKEA organizations reality including business results, expansion, cultural differences between markets as well as their use of training programmes, seminars and workshops . Experience as a facilitator for groups with diverse cultural backgrounds . Experience in developing learning activities . Good knowledge of ongoing developments in the field of learning and development. . Good organisational skills, structured and accurate. Able to work successfully according to checklists and procedures . Fluent in English, both written and spoken You are an IKEA Fan with a passion for business and IKEA culture & values. You understand and live IKEA Values in your daily work and have a positive attitude and are energized by opportunities. You are a self-starter who shows initiative and takes responsibility and is interested in working in a multicultural and international environment. You have excellent presentation, coaching and facilitation skills, are able to focus on possibilities and have the ability to transform feedback into actions. You have a great passion for sharing knowledge and delivering great work that help IKEA co-workers to grow the business. You have a genuine interest in the development of people and are always looking for improvements and developments in what we do, embracing change.
