SBG is searching for a Program Manager, Software with leadership experience to join their team based in Huddinge, Stockholm, and to work closely with other related Hexagon Group companies such as Leica Geosystems (Switzerland) and Mikrofyn (Denmark) to continue their success.
The Program Manager will have the responsibility for developing the next generation software platform for our Machine Control Construction suite of products. As Program Manager you will provide leadership and general management for the SBG Stockholm business which includes:
• office software solutions
• networked jobsite (production control) and telematics solutions
• continuous improvement to existing 3D dataflow solutions
• interface between our proprietary products and external CAD packages from 3rd party providers
You will be an active member of the management group in issues regarding products and development and constantly contribute with experience from an outside perspective on how to live up to the customers' expectations and develop the business area. Together with R&D, marketing, sales, and business development/OEM teams you will develop new and existing systems for the MCC market.. You will report directly to the Director of Product Management in Denmark.
You hold a relevant Bachelor's Degree (Business, Engineering, Surveying, Technology) or equivalent by a combination of education and experience. You communicate fluently in English and Swedish.. General Management experience and strong leadership skills, as well as experience from distance leadership are considered advantageous. Furthermore you have experience from working with product development,, particularly in software development. Experience of Construction and/or Machine control is a major advantage, particularly in relation to onboard & office-based technologies (Telematics) and automated solutions (M2M).
