Your responsibilities
Competence Development Program management
Responsible for competence development program management activities for the GCOC's
Promote and communicate across the GCoC competence development programs and follow up on implementation in alignment with GCoC HRBP and GI Competence Manager.
Provide support on competence development analytics as required.
Periodically align with BU competence manager to ensure one GI approach across GCoC's.
Certifications: Tracks and monitors all the competence development programs for project execution functions including certifications.
Facilitate new certification enrollments in alignment with Manager and HRBPs.
Competency Assessments: Drive, implement, monitor, and track competency assessments across functions in GCoC. Support managers with organizing and scheduling Functional Competency Assessments (FCA).
Maintain and update the competence assessors pool within GCoC. Colloborate with other HUB competence program managers for a uniform assessors list. Periodically review assessor pool to plan developmental actions (training and assessors certification)
Technical Skill Management: Support the execution of technical skills assessment for all relevant functions.
Work closely with GCoC HRBP and implement the Competence development business strategy.

Training & Induction coordination
Support in Location induction for the new resources in GCoCs.
Support the implementation of the BU and GPG induction program at GCoC.
Managing and organizing Cultural training for new resources joining the business.
Co-ordinate with GPQSS Training Team on specific training & development requirements aligned with the Competence development strategy.
Work together with Managers and GCoC HRBPs to identify and align on required Business technical trainings needs.
Track and monitor induction and developmental journey for relevant trainings

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in HR or similar qualifications
3-4 years of experience in area of HR preferably talent management
Good planning and prioritizing skills
Good English skills (both written and spoken)
Very good in MS Office with a digital adoption mindset. Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills across functions and boundaries.
