We are a team of four innovative and creative talent developers working with different kind of scope, i.e talent initiatives, networks/programs and succession planning. Our work is global and strategic, and our mindset is to turn challenges to opportunities We use each other as sounding board and have discussion both in real life but also virtually. We love to give each other feedback on a straightforward way and have a close collaboration.
The focus is to coordinate, deliver and develop the Young Potential Program for Scania's junior high potentials. That involves:
• Plan, book and coordinate events and development initiatives according to our global concept of Trainee program. Also, with full budget responsibility.
• Supporting the Managers/Supervisors of the trainees in the organisation
• Communication about the program to stakeholders
• Lead or contribute to cross collaboration teams; (brand, global, business areas or functions)
• Continuous improvements to program content and relevance for business value
• Evaluating the experience from trainees and stakeholders on a regular basis.
Your profile
Do you have an established network that you can naturally use? Are you good at building trust to create efficient cooperation? Do you also have a good knowledge about Scania? Then this role can be for you. We are also looking for someone who has:
• An academic background.
• Experience in human resources; recruitment, development, coaching, talent development or other relevant areas. Experience in different cultures.
• Strong skills in planning, organising and problem solving.
• Reflecting mindset, sense of details
• A solutions-oriented approach and can stretch his or her comfort zone to find new solutions and new ways.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the receiver.
• A business mindset, understanding the offering and customer value.
• We have a preference of applicants from the global Scania organisation.
• Fluent English
