hela Sverige Due to intensive growth, GlobalLogic Automotive department is glad to invite Program/Delivery manager to an Automotive project.
The project aim is to optimize, extend with new features Automotive Solution. Our clients are Tier 1s and OEMs from Europe and USA and development is targeted to Automotive Solution what will be deployed in newest European cars. The project is considered as technical excellence and we are paying huge attention to technical challenge motivation of our team members as well as excellence compensation.
At our project we are building battery management eco-system - key for enabling Electric cars innovation.
Requirements:
Required:
At least 7 years' experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector
Experience as a Project Manager in the Automotive sector and/or Embedded area
Practical experience in management according to A-SPICE standard
Practical experience and knowledge in the area of ISO26262
Understanding of software development lifecycle and Scrum/Agile methodology
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships with the team and the customer
Ability to take responsibility for the tasks realization and high-quality assurance
Effective communication skills (related to both task realization and progress reporting)
Fulfilling commitments and willingness to show initiative
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Higher Education in the fields of information technologies or project management
Ability to work with tools supporting teamwork
Alytical and problem solving skills
Ability to acquire knowledge quickly
Preferences: ISO 26262
Job Responsibilities:
Track and manage project execution from initiation to delivery phase
Provide a high quality deliverables
Manage project changes and risks
Provide appropriate reports in a timely manner
Gather and process customer feedback
Participation in activities, in order to building project team in cooperation with the customer
