WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are growing our Production team, and we are looking for our next stellar Production Process Engineer. We believe you have a natural interest in developing techniques and methods to improve organization, routines, and processes. We also believe you want to work in the production line.
To be qualified for this position we see that you hold a university degree related to Engineering or Manufacturing. You have a few years work experience in similar industry related companies. Previous experience from automation techniques is a plus. Furthermore, you are autonomous in all aspects of the project execution but with ease of collecting information required for the project definition.
You are passionate about improvements of methods and processes. You love challenges and you possess the ability to see opportunities where others see obstacles. You are self-driven doer, analytical and collaborates well with others. You are structured and you love to document. You are curious about change and would like to play a key role in the transformation towards the future for Exeger.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Production is to deliver on strategic operational goals to meet customer expectations for product quality, cost and delivery - maximizing efficiency and driving excellence. As a production process engineer you will work with daily observation of production process steps and suggestions for improvement. You will be the first line of contact for production stop or production issues. Your tasks will also include definition of production improvements (mostly machine) in respect of clear goal (OEE, productivity, process, HSE). This will include, but not be limited to:
• Planning (inclusive cost estimation) for approval
• Designing of tools
• Ordering of tools/equipment
• Writing and maintain production documentation (operator manual, standard operative procedures, manufacturing instruction)
• Play a main role during the implementation of new products, by finetuning the use of all tools and instructions on the manufacturing floor.
