Join our team
In this role you will be part of the Örebro Site Management team for Underground Division, in which you will collaborate to develop, execute, and maintain the strategies and common targets for the organization
You will be responsible for a team of 300 team members in the assembly, testing, and planning where you will ensure an agile, efficient, and high-performing organization. In this role you will report to the General Manager, PC Örebro.

Your mission
As Production Manager, your mission is to lead and continuously improve our production of Underground Drilling machines. You play a vital role in maintaining a competitive and market leading position for our Drilling product portfolio, through operational excellence.
You will make sure that we produce underground drilling machines to meet customer demands in a safe, sustainable, and efficient way. You will define and implement Operations strategy roadmaps for PC Örebro, including a Lean Operation model that has consistent performance in terms of safety, quality, delivery and cost over business cycle.
Additionally, you will drive digitalization and implement digital tools to be more productive and efficient.

Your profile
To succeed in this role we believe you have experience working close to production, with a solid understanding of production and/or supply chain.
You have been a manager for several years' and it is an advantage if you been managing other leaders before.
Proven experience in lean principles and leading cultural changes.
Fluency in written and verbal English and Swedish is a must

You are self-going and structured with good collaboration- and leadership skills. You can make tough decisions, challenge ways of working and enjoy a diverse and cross-functional environment.
As a leader you have great customer focus and strive to find and resolve root causes to reach our targets. You naturally drive continuous improvement and know how to motivate others to achieve lasting results.
