hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Nilt Sweden Filial i Göteborg As part of our cleanroom production team in Gothenburg, Sweden, you will work with micro- and nanofabrication to produce custom-design replication masters. Your great experience within semiconductor fabrication techniques and your fabrication techniques such as electron beam litography, UV litography and dry/wet etching will be used to the fullest extent. Skills:
• Extensive work experience from working with semiconductor process technology in cleanroom environment, and especially with fabrication techniques such as electron beam lithography, UV-lithography, and dry/wet etching; secondary focus would be sputtering, evaporation, scanning electron microscopy and dicing
• In-depth understanding of semiconductor processing techniques (experience from using equipment and understanding of how the different processes work)
• Open minded to work independently and in team
• Structured and analytical work approach
• Excellent communication skills (in English as we are an international team)
• Ambitions and always strive to deliver best possible results
• Curious personality who is always trying to find reasonable explanations
• Flexible and do not mind quickly to change daily operations when needed
• MSc or PhD in applied science or engineering (you must be allowed to work in Sweden)
• Excellent oral communication skills in English
Must have:
• You need to be flexible with your working hours so that job is done in time
• You will adapt to the NILT-team spirit where company/team success are above personal glory and achievements
• In first 3 months you will need to follow your colleagues and learn all working procedures by repeating and helping in production
• From the start you need to show that you can work as a part of the team and be very collaborative with your colleagues
• After 3 months, you need to be able to independently operate machines, carry out some orders and to fill process logs
• After 6 months, you need to be able to work simultaneously on several projects staying calm and focused
Responsibilities:
• All aspects of cleanroom processing
• Follow process flows, document work, fill process logs and knowledge sharing with your team members
• Follow, monitor and report changes in fabrication process
• Perform detailed characterization of produced devices

Currently, we have 18 employees distributed between two locations in Denmark and Sweden. We are working with clients from more than 30 countries, and we are participating in a number of national and EU financed development projects
You will become the fifth member of our Gothenburg team, and you will have 14 colleagues in Denmark. Your work will primarily be coordinated by a site production manager in Gothenburg and corporate production management located in Denmark.
We are offering a position where you will work with super advanced nanofabrication technologies, and you will develop technologies for making high tech products for clients from all over the world.
