CAKE is looking for a flexible production engineer that will help our growth of producing 50 000 bikes in the near future. The production engineer will be based in Stockholm at our factory, to be as close as possible with the production. The main goal will be to keep the production update with new implementations, and also work hand in hand with the operators to develop more efficient production flow. Developing and maintaining our MES is an important part of the role.
As a person you should be a problem solver and not afraid of working hands on. Have good communication skills and be able to work in a team. Self motivated and self driven is a big plus!
Some qualifications we think you have
Bachelor in mechanical or industrial engineering or similar is preferred or corresponding on-the-job training and experience
Experience in automotive production or other production types
CAD experience
Experience in manufacturing execution systems
Mechanical hands on skills
English (speaking and writing)
Swedish (speaking)
Driving licence
Responsibilities
Updating standard operating procedures
Change/update processes in the MES system
Help and develop fixtures and tools to make the production more efficient
Analyse bottlenecks and reduce takt time
Helping/improving the factory so it's updated for audits
Be hands on with troubleshooting certain bikes
Be hands on during pilot runs
Other tasks requested by supervisor or management
