Toca Life is a growing brand within Toca Boca and currently consists of nine apps that captivate 2.5 million kids worldwide every month, as well as consumer products sold at major retailers across the U.S. During 2018, we will continue building the Toca Life IP through more digital experiences, new licensing partners and a brand-new initiative within original content for kids aged 9 to 11.
In order for us to continue developing Toca Life into a cross-media experience we are looking for a Production Coordinator to help us coordinate existing and new projects.
What you will be doing:
• Be responsible for production management of projects within the Toca Life structure, from the initial concept phases to the releases.
• Plan, coordinate and execute project plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external contractors, always one step ahead.
• Manage production related frameworks such as timelines, process tools, contracts, budgets, and more.
• Manage the creative content process, keeping track of formats and versions needed, supporting the different designers and animators in their work. -
- Content ranges from creative app art, social media content, advertising units, videos and webisodes for Youtube, and more.
• Manage upload of creative assets to campaign related platforms.

• You'll work with a team of creatives that come to the office excited to learn new things every day.
• We work in small teams, which means everyone is an important contributor in the project and has a shared responsibility for the end result.
This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months probationary employment.

About you:
• You have experience working in a creative environment and know how to handle different project stakeholders.
• You are an experienced project coordinator with a well-developed toolbox, which makes you able to keep a project on track even when last-minute changes are necessary.
• You have experience working with lifestyle brands for kids and families, preferably within TV, advertising or digital production (not required, but a plus).
• You are a teamwork methodology lover who is secure in planning and facilitating team meetings, workshops and similar.
• You are passionate about toys, apps and games and believe that the power of play can make the world a better place.
