Your Role
You are, together with one more controller, responsible for the department Maintenance Production economical reporting and monitoring of running projects. You support the organization in all financial issues.
In your role you will:
* Run financial analysis and work for continuous improvements.
* Monitor and secure the departments financial goals.
* Operate some overall economic issues for the Business Unit, Gripen Support.
* Actively support the organization in monthly closing, forecasts and budget.
* Be a part of the departments Management team.
Your profile
We are looking for a Controller with communication skills who enjoys cooperating with people from different parts of the organization. To be successful in this position it is important to be proactive, independent and to have an analytic and pedagogical ability to understand and explain economic causation. You work in a systematic, visionary manner towards set targets and your ability to change when needed is high.
Required skills:
* Graduate from a Business School/University.
This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
