What you'll do
Refine and improve organic and inorganic growth strategy for a portfolio of digital product and service offerings and consolidating this strategy into a strategic roadmap
Identify, analyse and quantify market opportunities and develop business cases independently or in collaboration with product managers
Analyse and communicate insights about market landscape and analyse key players, including competitors
Search for, evaluate, and cultivate inorganic opportunities
Evaluate and prioritize strategic options and prepare proposals for decision makers
Contribute to operational excellence for strategy development and deployment as well as related product management processes
Who you are
Experienced product manager or strategist with a continuous improvement and learning mindset used to driving towards decisions and actions in an environment with high amount of uncertainty and volatility
Self-motivated and results oriented team player comfortable with interdisciplinary collaboration between culturally diverse and geographically dispersed teams
Strong analytical and critical thinking ability, especially an ability to structure diverse data and observations gathered from multiple sources into coherent evidence used to create insights
Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English), meaning that you can adopt your style to effectively communicate with anyone from executives to shop-floor operators
Experience from biologics manufacturing, process development, business development/partnering, software, informatics, digital services, digital transformation, and/or other digital innovation activities is highly desirable
This position will have close contact with our sites in Uppsala, Sweden, and Marlborough, USA, but can be based remote.
