Product Specialist Service & Spares
Even the best product needs maintenance and sometimes repairs. Especially products with a long life cycle. DeLaval's customers depend on our products running day after day, year after year. That is why spare parts are a key area to us. Product Portfolio Service & Spares has a global profit and loss responsibility for spare parts. This responsibility includes, among other things, to define and implement spare parts strategies, pricing and assortment life cycle management.
As Product Specialist you will be a key player in the product management of the Service & Spares related assortments. You will also work in close contact with suppliers and other DeLaval entities globally. Your mission is to optimize this assortment's market position and financial return across its life cycle.
Areas of responsibility:
• Assortment life cycle management including phase-in and phase-out of articles
• Internal pricing of new and existing spares
• To take active part in driving business around Spare Parts
• Creating true customer value
• Provide business support to the sales organisations
• Support the complete Service & Spares team and Logistics in reducing operating costs and improving Inventory Turnover Rate in the distribution centre
We expect:
• Minimum two to three years experience in relevant working field (preferably spare parts management)
• Engineering or other relevant university degree
• Fluency in English, spoken as well as written
• Good knowledge of working with ERP-systems, especially SAP
• Field experience from the dairy farm industry
• Experience of project management
• International experience and willingness to travel
• Additional language skills (German, French, Spanish)

• Organizational and planning skills
• Trustworthy and service-minded
The position is based in Tumba. DeLaval is a company of the Tetra Laval Group.
