We are now looking for a Product Specialist Service Coaching to join the Services & Original Parts team; this will provide an opportunity for a professional person to be part of the essential customer values for further growth of the DeLaval global assortment. Key Responsibilities:
Development and launch of new well-defined and value based advisory services
Provide support and training for existing, and future, range of advisory services
Plan and execute on business development projects in close collaboration with the sales regions
Become a subject matter expert on DeLaval's products, tools and services offered by portfolio Services & Original Parts, focus on advisory services
Translate technical information and knowledge into high-impact marketing and sales material
Participate in continuous development of business models within aftermarket & services and advisory services
Frequently evaluate market trends, the competitive landscape and customer needs
Work cross-functional with many departments/divisions
You will be an important contact to our markets and extensive travelling is required.

Your qualifications:
Experience for business models within aftermarket & services, especially advisory services/consultancy
Deep understanding of milking performance and experience from working with milking system/dairy farming
Knowledge in sustainable measurements at farm level
Analytical with practical capabilities
Technically and commercially skilled
Innovative and agile in delivering on targets
Fluent in English both verbally and in writing, Spanish is preferred and other languages are a plus
University degree or equivalent
The successful candidate should also have:
Strong personal drive and energetic, willingness and commitment to take lead in projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with people across functions and cultures
This position is located in Tumba, Sweden. You will report to Kim Landholm, Product Manager Services.
