DeLaval is now looking for a Product Specialist. You will be a part in a small team to develop and maintain a broad range of Service Tools, together with other departments and service engineering feedback to drive continuous improvement. We are a close team of passionate individuals, all of us have a technical background in mechanical, electrical, material engineering at the core. In addition IoT expertise. The On farm Services is composed of both senior and junior members, where this brings depth and diversity to the mix. We believe in the strength through collaboration and mutual respect and trust. What you will do:
We will enable our service engineers to deliver the most efficient and innovative routine and performance optimization to our customers. Emphasis is on a strong focus of innovation roll out, speed to market, quality and competence development. To enable our service engineers to deliver the most efficient and innovative routine and performance optimization to our customers.
Product management including product development for Service Tools; ranging from basic hand tools to advanced measurement and calibration systems.
Plan, develop and perform, Training and Technical Support on Service Testing tools.
Contributing in cross functional projects. e.g. Flow Responsive Milking, Testing and Service.
Support DeLaval departments in product development.
Is this you?
MSc/BSc degree in engineering or equivalent.
Technical background in mechanical, industrial or electronics, mechatronics.
Knowledge and Project management.
Interest and experience in dairy industry.
Organized, task-oriented personality.
Good communication skills.
Cross functional team worker.
Structured problem solver.
Service minded and support oriented.
