We are now looking for our new Product Specialist. You will get the opportunity to play a key role in the development of the future products for Heat Recovery systems in our Air Handling products.
FläktGroup strives for energy efficient products with low environmental impact. The main part of the Air Handling Units includes energy recovery solutions where you will have a decisive and affective role as Product Specialist.
You will be a member of the Global Product Marketing Team where your other eight colleagues are in roles of Product Managers and Marketing Operation Managers.
Preferably you will be based in Sweden, Jönköping but there are opportunities to be placed in another FläktGroup site in Europe.
Your role as Product Specialist;
• Energy recovery systems is a core function within FläktGroups different product lines and you will ensure the important continuously development of the functions.
• Support our sales organizations with relevant sales tools.
• Internal and external training within your focused products
• Competitive monitoring
You profile;
To succeed in the role as Product Specialist you have an enthusiastic and strong dedication for technics and development of new products. To work in a global organization is inspiring for you, both to have your work place around Europe and have your office in a specific site. Approximately you will travel about 50 days per year.
You are a sociable person, is customer oriented and have the capability to be a good listener. You are a self-starter with drive, working in a structured way and have an independently working style.
You communicate in an effective and professional manner and likes to give presentations and educate.
Your experience and education;
You have an education in engineering, BCs or MSc and experience from business in HVAC, B2B.
It is meritorious to have experience from roles like Product specialist, Product Manager and/or Product development. We also think it is good to have knowledge from cooling and heating, energy recovery, energy efficiency and life cycle costs.
You are fluent in English, Swedish and preferable German.
