What will you do?
The automotive industry is undergoing a rapid transformation with major technology shifts occurring. At Services, within Volvo Group Trucks Technology, we are taking significant steps to support the shift towards more services through partnership and new business models. We are now looking for two Product Owners to work in the areas of Tire Services and Trailer Services respectively.
As Product Owner you will be responsible for Tire Services or Trailer Services. You will work internally within Volvo Group and in collaboration with partners. You will be a major player in steering and coordinating the work to create as much value as possible for the customers. You will work in a flexible environment where it is important to understand the customers' and our partners' needs.
Who are we looking for?
As a person, you are business creative. You take own initiatives and drive them forward with a business and customer mindset. You have excellent coordination & communication skills and are good at networking with people. You understand the importance of stakeholder management and at the same time, you are down to earth and have a "can do" attitude to ensure progress of the work. You have a positive attitude and adapt to changing conditions.
We expect that you have proven track record in product or service development and sales in the commercial vehicle industry, at least 10 years. Ideally, you have worked with business and partnership creation. You have demonstrated leadership of technical teams, thereby we expect that you have experience in project management or similar roles.
Applicants shall have a M.Sc. degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
