Job Description

The team, the product and You
As Product Owner in the External Group Communications product team, you create the product roadmap and define the strategic vision. You have a deep understanding of the business area and ensure that the team's effort is aligned with the overall strategy through close relationships with key collaboration partners.
Your main collaboration partner is the H&M Group Communications department, and together with the product team of four people you bring stories to life by creating and distributing engaging content through internal and external channels, primarily the website hmgroup.com.
You have great leadership skills and believe in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, psychological safety, and trust. You have strong strategic and analytical skills, and are able to analyze data and metrics to enable results and optimize experiences. You have a curious mind and a creative eye. You are engaged in the changes and innovations in the communications' world, and are continuously learning.
You will be part of a new, dynamic, and supportive product area in the Colleague & Corporate Support domain and work closely with Product Area Manager, Product Area Lead Engineer, and other Product Owners to create a healthy and sustainable work culture where people look forward to Mondays.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Take end-to-end ownership of the product (full lifecycle from ideation to optimization) with ultimate accountability for business and customer value delivered.
• Set Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) that your product will drive towards.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders in a positive spirit.
• Lead and develop the product team of one business expert and three engineers.
• Monitor competitors and industry innovation to ensure H&M Group remains ahead of the curve.
• Secure that solutions are built on modern technology.
• Explore how analytics can be turned into actionable insights.

About you
• You understand agile ways-of-working.
• You take ownership, think creatively, execute initiatives and drive growth.
• You are a self-starter who is confident liaising with a wide range of stakeholders.
• You have experience in web UX.
• You are analytical and enjoy using data to draw hypotheses and make recommendations.
• You are an engaged, open minded and ambitious team player willing to share and learn.
• You are an excellent communicator with solid problem-solving capability - you love to simplify the complex!

Requirements
• Mid-senior level with 4+ years relevant experience with excellent understanding of how digital platforms can be used to support company objectives.
• Experience from leading teams.
• Experience from corporate communications and/or tech related to this is meriting.
• Know how to work with budgets and financial forecasts.
• Experience managing input from multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to think intuitively and creatively.
• Fluent in English.
