Responsibilities
• - Oversee full life cycle product management across all platforms (primarily web, iOS, and Android), including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and delivering on product vision
• - Creating concepts, wireframes and detailed specs for web and mobile app development
• - Own and prioritize the backlogs of development tasks, and communicate with stakeholders and developers to facilitate understanding and execution of product objectives
• - Ensure development coordination between the different platforms as well as between back-end and front-end developers
• - Manage the app release process including taking screenshots, writing release notes, and updating the app description
• - Coordinate translation activities
• - Work closely with and potentially manage user support and software test team
Qualifications
• - Excellent English verbal and writing skills
• - 3+ years successful digital product management including hands-on experience with app development (iOS and Android), web, mobile web (you?ve worked with responsive design)
• - Technical background not required, but a strong interest in technology is a must
• - Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• - Ability to prioritize, lead and influence key product decisions
• - Ability to ideate new product concepts, build a business case for why we should or shouldn?t pursue an opportunity
• - Customer empathy and the ability to uncover and translate latent wants and needs of the customer into product design
• - Strong experience in identifying and implementing UX/UI best practices
• - Ability to think outside the box recommending new technologies and solutions to provide the best user experience while remaining on the cutting edge of technology
Preferred Qualifications
• - Interest in aviation
• - University degree
• - Experience with agile software development
• - Excellent writing skills in a major language other than English
• - Experience from major translation projects
• - Experience from customer support
• - Experience from software testing
