All about the role:
We are currently seeking a Product Owner to join our central Digital Commerce team in the Business Area Europe. The core focus of this team is to develop and leverage new routes to market, delivering profitable growth for Electrolux. As a Product Owner, your mission will be to execute our D2C E-commerce vision within Business Area Europe, with the primary objective of enhancing the consumer experience and driving online sales growth across all our product categories.
What you'll do:
As the Product Owner for our Product Information System known internally as EDEN, you will work with a cross-functional scrum team dedicated bringing features to life in EDEN, clearly communicating product benefits, roadmap and integration points with other systems to our users and internal stakeholders. Your focus as Product Owner will be to derive business value from EDEN, engage with stakeholders throughout the organization for feedback and requirements, and communicate the product vision from leadership to the development and implementation teams.
In detail, you will:
Gather requirements and ideas from stakeholders and markets.
Prioritize requirements based on company strategy.
Develop a roadmap with timelines and stakeholder management.
Deliver roadmap aligned with business needs and stakeholder scope.
Communicate new releases clearly with detailed documents and processes.
Create training materials and conduct training sessions for new features.
Focus on business benefits through feature experimentation and continuous development.
Act as main contact for sales organization support.
Manage backlog items ensuring alignment with business needs and metrics.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with other Product Owners.
Provide subject matter expertise to product teams and stakeholders.
Engage with work stream leads regarding resources and expertise.
Launch new features with clear communication to achieve business goals.
Who you are:
University degree and minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Owner or related roles within E-commerce, demonstrating proficiency in applying Scrum principles and practices.
Proficiency in owning, organizing, and prioritizing the product backlog.
Ability to break down deliverables, plan releases, and monitor product performance effectively.
Experience in gathering data, creating documentation, and analyzing business requirements.
Familiarity with PIM and DAM systems is advantageous.
Experience with Atlassian (Jira & Confluence) or similar toolsets is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
