Our mission span from developing and delivering world class software components and applications used by R&D, Service Market and Production to creating harmonized diagnostic standards for the entire Traton group. This creates several interesting interfaces both within Scania and also towards other Traton brands.

Your mission here with us

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the way and defining an exciting vision for our diagnostics solutions. Your strategic expertise will be crucial in developing a product strategy that meets the evolving needs of our customers and pushes the boundaries of innovation. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional engineer teams, product managers, internal stakeholders and end-users, to gather feedbacks as well as input and turn insights into exceptional product features.

Fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and open communication, you will create an environment where teams work together towards a common vision.

Embracing agile methodologies, you will keep our product backlog in check and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality diagnostics solutions.



Who we think you are:

We are looking for a Product Owner with proven skills and genuine interest to thrive in the diagnostic domain. Alternatively an experienced developer/engineer with good structure and communication skills. You like to see things get done and you enjoy creating common goals.

You have excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Your ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels will be crucial in building strong relationships. You have sharp analytical skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise product requirements. You have strong organizational skills and a passion for automotive technology and innovation.

You have a formal degree in engineering physics, electrical engineering or computer science, or the equivalent experience. Previous experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, successfully delivering complex diagnostics solutions, will be highly valued. A solid understanding of diagnostics systems, tools, and methodologies used in vehicle engineering is essential.

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
