We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to push a customer centric view across our product, marketing, and sales teams. Your primary goal in the Product Marketing Manager role is to be the glue between Product, Marketing and Sales. You will be a customer expert involved in strategy and execution to help create demand for our products through effective messaging and marketing programs.

In this role, you will create internal enablement content for solution selling that helps attract our target market. You will guide on what tools salespeople need to get their jobs done and what points to emphasize so that the sales process is more successful.

Your role and responsibilities:

Bring customer knowledge to product discussions for commercialization opportunity prioritization, and own product-centric sales targets.

• Together with marketing, plan and lead the execution of product-oriented marketing activities throughout go-to-market (GTM) and product lifecycle.
• Drive ARR/sales enablement together with PM, Sales, and Marketing.
• Ensure the right messaging and content to articulate the benefits and value of our product.

• Push sales enablement of our product and provide guidance on the sales process.
• Define and manage launch management process and ongoing launches, including local project management, coordination, delivery, content support, and tracking.
• Performing surveys, interviews, and research for obtaining insights about the customer's product usage and creating/updating buyer personas to tap new opportunities

We are looking for someone with:

• Growth mindset, motivated to win together with the team, and eager to get the work done
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and do not shy away from responsibility
• An eagerness to grow as a person together with the team and Netigate
• 3+ years of experience on high-performing B2B software product marketing teams
• Technical understanding of enterprise software and enterprise IT environments
• Demonstrated success in driving go-to-market strategy for market-leading products
• Experience managing product launches, including managing cross-functional teams
• MBA or equivalent preferred; BA/BS required
• Strong grasp of English
