We are now looking to strengthen our Product Operations Team with two Product Marketing Managers - one permanent employment and one for a 1-year contract, with the possibility to extension.
Your role as Product Marketing Manager
As Product Marketing Manager, you will be the expert on our product and help new product development fly off the selves ant into the hands of the users. You will have knowledge about which product should fit which market and how to maximize utilization and create engagement for both employer and employees. Furthermore, you will get a broad knowledge of how we at Benify work with different client segments throughout the client lifecycle.
In this position, you will also:
• Have an active role in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and a key player in the activation phase where software is rolled out to clients and users
• Share expert knowledge about employee communication and marketing with multinational companies and provider clients during launch periods
• Share your market and product knowledge with Product Managers, support and give them insight if needed, in prioritizing new development
• Advise in price setting, price models or similar

As the Product Marketing Manager, you thrive when you get to take your own initiative, plan the structure, and prioritize the improvements and projects you see are giving value to both your co-workers, Benify and our clients. We also see that you love to share your expertise with others - no meetings, calls or webinars is too big for you!
We also see that you have:
• 2-3 years' experience in Product Marketing or a similar position
• An education in marketing and/or communications
• Professional language proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken. An additional language is always welcomed at Benify
• Good knowledge of the Office package. Jira, Confluence, InDesign, and Qlik Sense are meritorious
• Previous experience as a Project Leader or from sales is meritorious
