We are now hiring a Product Marketing Assistant to join the Aviation team in Sweden.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a member of the product marketing team the Product Marketing Assistant supports all marketing activities that contribute to raising product awareness, delivering go-to market plans and meeting business objectives for the aviation business unit.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Product Marketing Manager with planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives and product launches.
Contribute to content strategies for different platforms, including social media, website, adverts, emails, case studies and more.
Create and run email campaigns using a marketing automation tool and maintain the marketing database.
Use a CRM system for managing and sharing leads with the sales team.
Help organise and coordinate events such as webinars, user training and customer conferences.
Support SEO, SEM and paid social initiatives, and post regularly on social media accounts.
Assist in the preparation of sales enablement materials specific to the buyer journey and in collaboration with regional marketing teams.
Learn and work with various types of software for digital marketing, including google analytics.
Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to measure campaign efficiency and analyse trends.
Assist in monitoring and enhancing product demand, building the pipeline and carrying out competitive research on market trends and advancements.
Provide administrative support for a variety of marketing activities.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
Passion for marketing with creativity and initiative for new ideas.
Strong business acumen, optimistic with an ability to plan and coordinate projects, set priorities and meet deadlines.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively.
Possess analytical skills to gather and review information.
Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize and handle tasks in a timely manner.
Strong team player as well as ability to work independently.
EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree in Business or an equivalent field or working towards it.
Full professional proficiency in English.
Ideal candidate is located in Greater Gothenburg area.
