Your role
As a Product Manager for Apps, Services and Solutions, you will drive the strategy and execution of growth initiatives focused on driving product-led recurring revenue. Your primary goal is to enhance user acquisition, retention, and monetization through data-driven decisions, innovative solutions, and strategic partnerships. This role requires a strong focus on optimizing the customer journey, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the success of our paid offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement strategies to drive recurring revenue through product-led growth.
Identify growth opportunities via market analysis and data insights.
Align growth initiatives with business goals in collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams.

Monetization & Revenue Optimization:
Design pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue.
Identify monetization opportunities through user behavior analysis.
Collaborate with finance to monitor revenue performance.

Product Development:
Partner with technical teams to manage third-party app integrations.
Work with sales and support teams to meet market and customer needs, including monetized support services.

Collaboration & Communication:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution of growth strategies.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.
Facilitate meetings to address growth challenges and solutions.

Data-Driven Decision Making:
Use data analytics to inform and measure the effectiveness of growth strategies.
Monitor KPIs and enhance data reporting tools.

Market & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
Refine strategies based on market dynamics and competitive insights.

Customer Journey Optimization:
Improve user experience and retention by analyzing and optimizing the customer journey.
Develop strategies to enhance engagement throughout the user lifecycle.

Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare progress reports for senior management.
Maintain detailed documentation of growth initiatives and processes.

Your education and other requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field - degree preferred.
Certification in product management, growth marketing, or related fields is highly desirable.
5-7 years of experience in product management, growth marketing, or a related role.
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing growth initiatives and monetization strategies.
Technical knowledge and experience with CRM, analytics, and project management software.
Proficiency in using data analytics and growth tools.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to collective success.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
