Product Manager - Offers & Check-out
Selling cars online - easy right? At Lynk & Co the website is our primary sales channel and storefront. We are transforming the mobility industry with new products, services and new selling formats. We are now looking for an experienced (three years) Product Manager that wants to embark on this exciting journey with us.

The Product Manager Offer & Check-out is responsible for ensuring the stability, continuous improvement, and innovative solutions for our offer and check-out features. These include the pages for our product configuration, our check-out journey and loan and lease calculators. The Product Manager Offer & Check-out is responsible for guiding and inspiring the cross-functional, multi-competence product team with BA, developers and testers.

This role is based in the eCom & Martech team. This team builds and maintains the technology for the Lynk & Co customer experience touchpoints. These include the website, and CRM channels like mail and our in-car messaging application. The key objective is to grow conversion and improve the service experience for our private customers. As Lynk & Co sells its mobility products and services via e-commerce only, the e-Com & Martech teams and its members directly contribute to the brands' success.

The e-Com & Martech team is located across three tech hubs: Gothenburg, Amsterdam and Barcelona. This means the role can be based from either one of these locations.

What you'll do

• Create an exciting product vision and roadmap to engage and excite stakeholders and the product team

• Manage the intake process of new initiatives, prioritize product requests, develop and execute the product roadmap for our website aligning it with the overall business goals and objectives

• Work closely together with the solution architect, tech leads, BA's, UX designers to perform discovery on customer problems and product opportunities

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of customer needs through gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative insights together with data analysts

• Actively build relationships with stakeholders across the company to understand (future) business needs

• Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to optimize value creation

• Define product KPIS and monitor product performance

• Stay up-to-date with market landscape, industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in the website product domain

What you should have

• At least 3 years' experience of working as Product Owner/Product Manager in website/e-commerce/customer experience domain

• Proven track record of delivering impactful digital products within an agile environment

• Experience working with, inspiring and driving a cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders with conflicting and unaligned needs and priorities

• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and the experience to translate customer problems and needs into actionable product requirements

• Familiarity with web technologies and frameworks, as well as an understanding of SEO basics and web analytics
