We are looking for a curious person with a forward leaning attitude to join our Product team for the consumer market. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future, and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.
What you'll do
As the Product Manager for Customer Equipment for the consumer market you are a part of a team of skilled product managers. The team are responsible for our Core products such as Broadband, Broadband via the mobile network and mobile broadband. You and your colleagues are responsible for the entire product and your main responsibility will be routers, fiber converters and outside mounted equipment installed at the customer.
Having an excellent customer experience for the customers core services are essential for us and we work to deliver a world class experience for our customers.
You work in an international context with colleagues from all nationalities both within Telenor Sweden and Telenor Group. The team has an open and honest mentality where we always help each other out and assist our colleagues with our own experiences and knowledge.
Main responsibilities:
* Initiate and drive core product changes
* Secure long-term roadmap for our CPEs and adjacent services such as wifi control
* You develop a solid understanding of all our products to in order to part take in new use cases and drive a higher value from the solution and investments
Who are you?
To succeed in the role as Product Manager, we believe that you have a big interest and passion in the telco market. You are driven with a strong willingness to learn, and you love to think outside the box and tend to find opportunities in challenges wherever you end up. With a forward leaning attitude, you are willing to go the extra mile to give your customers the best experience there is. You have good communication skills with a strong ability to cooperate, as well as being flexible and adaptable, which is a key factor to succeed in our customer focused world. You also have a strong analytical capability with a helicopter perspective as well as being gifted with the ability to see details.
We are looking for someone with:
* Master of Science in Business, Economics, Engineering, or other relevant experience
* Experience from product management on a professional level
* Deep knowledge of the Telecom ecosystem
