Processing Solutions is looking for a Product Manager for Plant Components. We need to strengthen our capabilities within the commercial area and you have an excellent opportunity to make difference in that field. You will be member of a technically oriented team with the focus on creating, establishing and supporting an attractive global portfolio of standard components and to drive the business growth of plant components sales in our clusters.
Plant Components are responsible for our standard product portfolio which is divided into commodity groups as pumps, valves, instruments, electrical & automation components and integration components, with a product manager for each.
You and the team will work in close co-operation with our clients - business units and clusters - in order to reach global commercial targets. This call for adaptability to overarching global needs and the capability to break it down into solid action plans.
You will:
• Implement and drive the growth ambitions of plant components sales in clusters
• Set and follow-up on objectives and performance targets
• Support information, training and knowledge build-up in business units and clusters
• Motivate, energise and inspire the team to reach objectives and performance targets
• Ensure that the team works in accordance with process and comply with policies
Publiceringsdatum2011-03-12KvalifikationerThis calls for a candidate with good business sense, commercial awareness and drive. We think that you have the ability to act and work in networks, be able to sell ideas and focus on the customers on an overall level. To succeed you need technical product knowledge combined with sales experience.
You have relevant education within the area of Engineering and/or Economics/Sales combined with relevant working life experience.You must also be able to communicate effectively in English at all levels and have cultural sensitivity.The position requires about 30-60 days/year of travelling.
