We are looking for a Product Manager for our mixing and blending units for beverage applications. The position also includes a role as Blending Platform Product Manager covering our blending portfolio for dairy, beverage and prepared food applications.
The position is placed in the Centre of Expertise (CoE) for Juices, Nectars, Still Drinks (JNSD) and Other Beverages (OB) within Business Unit Liquid Food (BU LF) in Tetra Pak in Lund, the role also cover Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) applications, located in Zofingen, Switzerland. The role requires a close cooperation with the CoE CSD team and requires approximately 15% of travelling time.
As a Platform Product Manager your responsibility is to create a common business plan and a product platform roadmap including all the BU LF blending portfolio. As Product Manager you will specifically drive the development, improvement and deployment of the products in the platform that are related to beverage applications.

Main responsibilities
• Create and implement the business plan and road map for the blending platform
• Collaborate with the other product managers and drive the development of the blending Platform
• Own beverage product specifications and manage the products during its entire life cycle
• Analyse and conclude current and future industry requirements in close cooperation with our Market Companies
• Drive growth of sales volumes together with sales organisation through deployment of products and related applications
• Drive product improvement projects and activities
• Support and educate our organisation on the products and related applications
Qualifications
You have a strong drive for results. You are highly motivated by the challenge to grow your products and applications in a cross functional environment.
Your communication and collaboration skills are excellent; you have the ability to build trust on different levels, listening as well as influencing. Your business understanding, and perspective will be big assets in this role, enabling you to decide on strategy and priorities.
Preferably, your professional background is a combination of marketing, sales and engineering. You might already have product management experience, or you want to enter that area from your current sales role.
It is required that you have knowledge from liquid food industry and experience of implementation of acquisitions.
Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
