Own the delivery for the Merchant Onboarding team, ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely product development that aligns with company objectives.
Collaborate with Engineering to build and manage product backlogs, bridging the gap between technical teams and the broader organization.
Dive into customer needs, working with sales to ensure product roadmaps are aligned with market demands and future growth opportunities.
Lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, demos), and be comfortable with team reviews, pre-reads, and transparent communication to foster a high-performing team environment.
Use your knowledge of OKRs and KPIs to track performance, make data-driven decisions, and ensure you're driving the most impactful business outcomes.
