Your role
The Product Manager for Advertising Services at Eniro holds the responsibility for development and management of all commercial products within this portfolio, currently consisting of Ads on Google, Ads on Facebook, Display / Local ads on Digital media and SEO. Product descriptions are found on
https://annonsera.eniro.se/.The Product Manager role includes the responsibility for the full product delivery chain from market potential, segmentation, product offering, pricing, sourcing to delivery. Included is product performance reporting, analytics and CRM. All products are expected to have a defined and agreed product strategy, yearly plan and KPI reporting structure. To a large extent the portfolio consists of third party products. Hence it is necessary to manage, evaluate and evolve the relationships with both existing and potential vendors.
This position is key in a successful transformation of Eniro in our journey to a SaaS (Software as a service) supplier within marketing services. The product manager is expected to manage and participate in initiatives around online sales and distribution, enhancement of self service and automation as well as presenting marketing effects and return of investment to the customers.
Responsibilities
Close cooperation with the Product Managers for the other products, as well as Sales and Marketing is vital for success. This role is also closely related to the Nordic project team, enabling shared understanding of market situation, product offering and ability to deliver value. To provide superior product knowledge within sales and marketing teams the Product manager continuously ensures material and training is up to date and delivered.
The Product Manager Marketing Services has three main responsibilities:

Ensure that Eniro has an attractive product portfolio for digital advertising in line with Eniro strategy and target SME audience covering the market needs

Create and iterate all advertising products with an end-to-end responsibility across the value chain, including partnership sourcing and relations management, to ensure delivered value and healthy margins for Eniro in the local markets

Ensure all products are delivered to the sales team in a simple manner to ensure they can sell efficiently
This position is based at Eniro's office in Stockholm and some traveling within the Nordic region should be expected (once the pandemic situation allows for it).

The main area of responsibilities
You should:

Be the manager of your digital advertising product portfolio, owning and delivering upon respective product vision and roadmap

Manage and communicate the products on a strategic and tactical level with a detailed product knowledge

Deeply understand the digital marketing landscape and know how to associate that to the customer needs

Be able to handle demands from the business side and translate this into product needs that a customer may require

Understanding of services and suppliers available on the market to ensure sourcing of the right third party products with good terms and conditions

Clearly define Eniro products roles, positions and selling points versus competitors or the option to do it yourself

Collaborate with third party suppliers and internal development teams to ensure the correct product requirements are delivered

Be able to package and roll out digital marketing products that are profitable for the company

Work independently with specific delivery dates for a specified activity

Communicate and collaborate with Sales and marketing department to ensure product benefits are rolled out to all Eniro offices

Own all partner product relationships with third parties

Determines customers' needs and desires

Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses
Education and Experience
-
5 + years in a marketing or in a product related role
-
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
-
Understands the marketing landscapes for the Nordic SME market
-
Experience of utilizing or purchasing digital advertising and marketing services as a buyer, on a media agency or similar
-
Understanding of the digital marketing landscape from products to competitors
-
An understanding of the sales and marketing organizations and their activities and their needs and the benefits

An understanding of CRM and marketing drivers and metrics
-
Experience from working with sales, consultants or running a small company
-
Experience working in a Nordic organisation

Experience from working with digital services sold both online and from KAM and telesales is a plus
