This job is for Motorola Mobility.

Motorola Mobility Converged Experiences Software Solutions software suite Dreamgallery enables operators to offer cloud-based video services to their subscribers. The software allows users to reach their video content from any device at any time. Among our customers are leading TV operators that drive innovation within the industry.

We are now in an expanding phase with high pressure from customers and an accelerating need for new, cutting-edge features. Within the Dreamgallery Product Management group we are in the driving seat, bringing new user experiences to a constantly changing market place.

Scope of Responsibility / Expectations

As a product owner you will be our main interface towards one or several customers when it comes to defining and prioritizing product requirements. You will also be responsible for the product backlogg and sprint planning for a number of development teams. When there is doubts on any customer requirement or on prioritization, the teams will turn to you.

As a member of the Product management team, you are expected to cooperate tightly with other product owners in order to secure the competitiveness of Dreamgallery, our product. Our ambition is to be best in class in a fast-moving market.

Preferred Specific Knowledge and Skills

• A university degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar
• Understanding and/or experience of economics/business development
• and/or experience of web development incl. Java, JavaScript and HTML5
• Understanding and/or experience of agile development incl. Scrum
• Understanding and/or experience of product management
• Ability to quickly learn and understand a complex system on a high level
• Understanding and/or experience of the TV industry (perfectly insight in the TV operators market and/or operational situation)
• Understanding and/or experience of the consumer trends we see due to the new communications arena (Internet, Social networks etc.)
