We are looking for Product Information Manager, a content specialist to work with Product Information Management (PIM) in our technical documentation team. The PIM editor will write, edit, and manage product content in our customers PIM system. The PIM Editor will help our customer develop and maintain a strong brand position through efficient product data collection and management, and by ensuring product information completeness.
As a Product Information Manager you will work with content contributors, product managers and product experts, SMEs (Subject Matter Experts), marketing, image libraries etc. to gather material for the PIM system. You will also write material by editing the product descriptions to make it easy to read in multiple channels, converting longer content to a format that is PIM-oriented.
The role also includes Day-to-day handling and management of product content, ensuring the completion of product content for publication in customer's PIM system that is the hub for product information.

Requirements for the position
In order to be considered a suitable candidate for this position as Product Information Manager, you should meet the following re-quirements listed below: You are an experienced Technical Writer and/or PIM editor that have obtained relevant education for the position. Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal form. Excellent communication skills for effectively and professionally communicating and escalating information gaps with product experts and stakeholders Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize and manage tasks with a focus on continuous improvement Creative, resourceful, motivated, self-directed individual with strong problem-solving skills that is willing to learn something new It is considered advantageous if you possess the following qualities: Are you interested in technology? Do you possess a gift for working with text and image layouts? Do you have a higher academic degree in engineering and/or as a Technical Writer along with a few years of work experience with technical information and/or PIM? Do you have experience from product information management systems is desirable, prior experience with Informatica PIM
