hela Sverige Solarus is looking for a new mechanical engineer to strengthen our Swedish development team.
You will be working with the mechanical design of our patented Power Collector and help us optimize the design for high energy yield, low cost and high durability. The Power Collector is a Thermal Photovoltaic hybrid designed for rooftop installation. It utilizes a compound parabolic shape to concentrate the light on a non tracking absorber.

The candidate we are looking for should AT LEAST fullfill these requirements:
• Mechanical or electrical engineer with high graduation scores
• At least three years experience as a product developer
• Strong skills in Solidworks
• Fluent in English (all internal communication is done in English)
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Dutch is a big plus.
• Experience with solar thermal and solar PV installations
• Be willing to do extensive travelling between Sweden and the Netherlands
The swedish development team consist of four full time employees with different fields of expertise.
A lot of collaboration is done with Högskolan i Gävle.
The office is an open landscape with a small workshop attached to it.
Varaktighet, arbetstid
Solarus is connected to and follow the guidelines set in Teknikavtalet.
