Interpreting what your client is looking for, using the endless knowledge of our team to find the recipe for success and adding your own ideas and vision for flavour.
Inspiring and motivating the creatives to make every piece of work as good as it possibly can be.
Treating your clients like friends. Helping them out by being fast to respond and flexible when things change. This might happen a lot, so you'll need to be patient as well. You'll always be honest with them and earn their trust. That's when the magic happens!
Quality control of your own and others? projects. You're ruthless in your hunt for typos and misplaced pixels, meticulous when it comes to testing.
Helping out with resource planning. Sometimes it's kind of like trading stock on Wall St. in the eighties. Seriously.
Occasionally writing estimates, time plans and that sort of stuff.
We think you have...
At least 3 years experience working in a similar role at a well-known ad agency, digital studio or production company.
An outgoing, social, humble, organised and dependable personality.
An eye for good design and you know what a high quality execution is.
Good all-round knowledge of the digital landscape, its history and a keen interest in its future.
No problems multi-tasking and staying calm under pressure. You'll be managing a high volume of small to mid-sized projects simultaneously, in a constantly changing environment.
We think you are a native english speaker - Preferably you are a US-citizen since you'll be working primarlily with our US clients.
