About the Role
We are looking for a Procurement Excellence Specialist to join our Global Indirect Procurement team. In this role, that supports all procurement areas (direct, indirect and logistics), you'll be responsible for key procurement systems and tools, including Supplier Management, Analytics, and ERP. You'll define and communicate product vision and roadmaps, manage product backlogs, and ensure alignment with Mölnlycke's overarching IT strategy.
You'll also be responsible for procurement master data, collaborating with stakeholders to define data sets, establish governance principles, and drive data quality initiatives. Your work will support data-driven decision-making and enable efficient, standardized procurement processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize procurement system landscape and tools
Define product vision and roadmap based on business needs
Manage product backlog and delivery strategy, including testing and change management
Standardize, simplify, and automate procurement processes and documentation
Act as Procurement Business Architect in collaboration with IT Solution Architects
Lead governance structures and application management
Define and maintain procurement master data and governance principles
Support training and communication across the global procurement community

What You'll Need
3-5 years of experience in procurement, ideally with international exposure
Excellent knowledge of procurement processes and systems
Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP and procurement tools
Ability to train and mentor others in a multicultural setting
Ability to drive change in an international environment
Understanding of the Healthcare/Medical Device industry
Academic degree in Business or a related technical field
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability
