In the role of Procurement and Logistics Business Partner you will support development and ensure communication/implementation of global and regional Procurement and Logistics strategies to maximize efficiency. You will lead internal stakeholder management in the respective HUB, across Business, Business Lines and other Functions. Furthermore the position holder will ensure compliance and implementation of Procurement and Logistics activities, procedures and initiatives in the HUB Countries.
Your responsibilities
Supporting the implementation of Procurement & Logistics activities and initiatives in the countries HUB through clear communication.
Fostering communication internally, externally, and between different Business lines and Functions
Responsibility for meeting the budgeted function cost and head count at country level as well as for planned cost reduction, cost avoidance, supplier's reduction, PO coverage, customer satisfaction, payment terms, spend compliance, processes automation.
Analyzing problems to identify best solutions and triggering improvements from relevant Procurement & Logistics organization to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Identifying, documenting and communicating best practices using of benchmarking, surveys and case studies to establish preferred business Practices
Contributing to development and implementation of Procurement and Logistics standards, tools and processes in the respective HUB.
Identifying training needs and providing training to ensure successful implementation of global/region/local initiatives.
Creating and managing the needed succession plans to ensure proper people development and reduce attrition in the respective HUB
Overseeing local staff and acting as a local mentor for local SCM staff.
Ensuring the proper legal separation of contracts for IM&S (Indirect Materials & Services) during divestiture of Power Grids division.
Your background
University degree in Business Administration/Logistics/Indusrial Engineering or similar
Procurement and Logistics experience
Wide range knowhow in Supplier Management
Strong knowledge of MS office tools
Fluent in English, written and spoken. Swedish is a considered a plus.
Strong project management and execution skills.
Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
