Ericsson Supply Site in Kumla is globally responsible for predevelopment, industrialization and initial production of the next generation radio base stations.

• Be our first line support in SMA, which is a part of the production organization
• Be part of the line crew and work with prototypes, ramp up and reference volumes
• Work with preventive actions and minimize upcoming problems
• Follow up and work with our performance indicators in the entire process
• Be the link between the production and production technology and quality
• Be the support to the production leader when it comes to technical issues
• Be a driver in all sorts of improvement work
• Have a learning profile in the team
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have a secondary-school education (for example, a three-year technology program), and at least one year of relevant university studies
You should also have:
• A lot of experience from prototype production and Industrialization of electronic products
• Machine operator skills with deeper technical competence
• No problems leading a small group of people and you cooperate easily with a lot of different functions in the organization
• Ability to handle a lot of changes and have the ability to re-plan and "get on the road again"
• The will to improve things and also an ability to work structured in a standardized way
• Ability to take advantage of, and like challenges
• IS/IT competence; Bar-Track, PRIM, Cab Tool, compusage, Cops, Compview, vManage
• Good skills in written and spoken Swedish and English
