Be a part of a prioritized area of Swedbank in one of the largest transformations ever done within Swedbank
To develop, identify, analyse and improve existing business processes.
To be the Process owner for the end-to-end process including the interaction with supporting and supported processes.
To lead the Oversight team and be responsible for the day-to-day activities.
Use your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to define and explain current and future needs and requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders in different business areas to ensure that our deliveries are received in the best possible way
Work together with some fantastic knowledgeable colleagues and learn new things every day
What is needed in this role:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one...
5+ years of Asset Servicing experience at an investment bank, fund administrator, and/or investment manager
Strong knowledge of equity products, mutual funds and equity derivative products
Business knowledge and interest in the Savings Area, meritorious with experience within reporting.
Excellent planning, prioritizing skills, and high delivery capability.
Take own initiatives without the need of a detailed instructions.
Strong track record of independently manage problems, define solutions, and know when escalations are necessary.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
