We are looking for a Process Owner Demand Planner to the Planning team within the Supply Chain department at Skånemejerier. The position will be based at our head office in Malmö.
In this role, we are looking for you who have a great focus on driving process change as you are expected to be the driving force and advocate behind streamlining.
As a central role in the company, it is important to build and maintain a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders as well as to build a network and maintain close contact with other functions such as warehousing, distribution, customer service, sales, market, production and planning.
The role also include the following areas of responsibility:
• Responsible for calculating weekly forecasts per product
• Planning and purchasing of specific products according to agreed lead time, production schedule and inventory
• Manage campaign forecasts
• Responsible for escalation in case of delivery
• Responsible for ensuring stocks at the lowest possible cost
• Product launches and phases
• Responsible for the following KPIs: Demand planning accuracy, Service Level, Waste and Stock
• Rootcause analysis of CPIs every week
• Be active in the sales and business process, ensuring proper alignment between all company departments
• Participate in and lead projects when needed
• Maintaining the system's purchase and planning parameters
Technical qualifications and educational background we are looking for:
• MS office in general and excel in particular
• M 3 / Movex
• University education in the field or equivalent work experience
