Are you interested in driving one of the most crucial processes in our Converting Factory in Lund? Then Process Manager Prepress and Printing might be your next challenge.
Tetra Pak Packaging Material (TPPM) manufactures fiber based packaging material for Tetra Pak's different filling machine systems. The production is divided into three main processes;
printing, lamination and slitting. We work with constant improvement in accordance with the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) concept.
As Process Manager for Prepress and Printing you will lead a team of 10 coworkers in the printing section of the factory. You have the overall responsibility for all Prepress and Printing activities which means ownership of processes, methodology and equipment. You will also be a part of the factory's Management Team where you will be highly involved in planning and decision making. In that way this role balances the long-term perspective with the short-term operative focus.
Publiceringsdatum2010-04-09KvalifikationerYou are result oriented, possess a high personal drive and you are a clear communicator that knows your way around a matrix organization. You should also be an informal authority that has the ability to influence a group of coworkers a lot larger than the section members.
We also believe that you have previous managerial experience, preferably from the print/graphic Industry. Experience from WCM, TPM or LEAN Manufacturing is a must and you should have a University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
