The Product Data group is responsible for processes and platforms in the area of product data, which includes information models, product structures, classifications and standards. We are responsible for seeing that relevant, correct and complete information is available to our customers. The group consists of nine senior product data experts in metal cutting tools and processing. We are currently looking for someone to be responsible for product data support process and quality, to be located in Sandviken.
Key performance areas
As the Process Manager for Product Data Support and Quality you will ensure efficient handling of complaints concerning product data and suggest and implement improvements in order to achieve the expected quality of data. You make sure that customers' experience of the handling of complaints regarding the digital product is positive.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a Master's degree, or the equivalent knowledge and experience in leading projects, process development and managing processes. Experience of support process and quality work is desirable. Understanding of CAD/CAM systems and experience of, or insight into R&D and product development function is advantageous. Knowledge of English, both written and verbal, is a prerequisite for the position.
You are result oriented and independent: you take ownership of your area and have the ability to make decisions, initiate change and make things happen. Additionally, you are a structured and analytical problem solver, with the ability to organize your work well. To be well suited for the position you need to have patience and understand that it takes time to develop and implement processes. You must also be service oriented, with a strong customer focus, and a communicative relationship builder who easily cooperates cross-functionally in a pedagogical manner.
